Huizenruilers
Reality
The housing market is still a disaster. To do something about it, RTL is now launching *Huizenruilers* (House Swappers). This program follows people who are stuck in their current situation. Think of families outgrowing their homes or people who simply want to downsize. Instead of endlessly searching for a new and, above all, suitable place to live, they decide to swap with another household. But there is a small catch!

For Robbey, this was the moment to conclude that the current situation is untenable; he wants to move to a single-story home that better meets his mother's care needs.
At the same time, another housing wish is at play elsewhere. Yasmin, a single mother of two daughters, currently lives in a single-story home but dreams of a single-family home where her children have more room to grow up.
